An award-winning example of a learning campaign for a leading global brand is the inspiration for a webinar to equip learning professionals with ideas to use in their own organisations. 

The session, Going for gold! How to create a winning learning campaign was run by the Learning and Skills Group (LSG) on Thursday, 8 March. 2018. 

Head of Innovation at Sponge, Kate Pasterfield presented the session and examined the multi award-winning learning campaign she designed for insurance giant, AXA, providing key insights and tips for learning professionals to take away.  

“When you get it right, a learning campaign can drive employee performance; make a tangible difference to customers and impact company results,” explained Kate. “This is exactly what happened at AXA, and I’ll be explaining how they did it and what can be learned. AXA’s learning campaign has won three major awards and achieved outstanding business results, including a 113% increase in positive customer feedback for the company’s UK business insurance division.    

During the webinar, attendees explored the elements that make up a successful campaign including the importance of human-centred design, implementation over time, and how to measure the results that really matter.
